Masala on Kutama track

Track training and some hot news

A forgotten track in Kutama

West of the small town of Louis Trichardt and the area known as Schoemansdal, between the Soutpansberg Conservancy, Lesheba Wilderness Reserve and Happy Rest Nature Reserve, a click away from Kutama Secondary School and across from Mudulani Community Hall, a forgotten track eagerly awaits. With the beautiful Soutpansberg mountain range to the north, this track invites its new-found athletes to take pleasure under the African Sun. It encourages us to reach for impossible dreams, perhaps even teasing us to learn to fly.

To rest or to train?

December isn’t a time to rest for athletes training for personal bests. It’s a time to train, train and train. Masala and I and a few others are doing just that. But how blessed are we to live and train in such a beautiful place?

Hot news.

Mom’s and my book ‘Unbridling’ has just come off the printing line. In the book, we explore reaching for impossible dreams. Watch this space for news of book launching in the heart of the Soutpansberg and elsewhere.
